Cancellation/Refund Policy

Refunds are only available under unique circumstances. If course materials have not been accessed, the live courses have not begun and it’s been no more than 7 days after the course was purchased and a refund has been requested, it will be granted.

No refunds will be issued after the live course has begun.
No refunds will be issued once course preparation materials are distributed a week prior to the course start date.

If you are suddenly unable to attend one or all sessions, you will not receive a refund. However, you will be invited to the next available session and its respective modules.

Courses will only be offered as live components unless an extreme circumstance occurs and is discussed with Caroline Watters.

Under EU Law - The Consumer Rights Directive gives customers a 14-day cooling-off period during which they can cancel orders and requires that refunds are processed quickly. For digital/online services, this right can be waived if the customer explicitly agrees that delivery begins immediately, and they acknowledge losing the right of withdrawal.

By accepting these terms and conditions you acknowledge that Caroline Watters has laid out a different return policy that gives a 7 day cancellation policy as long as course materials are not obtained and classes have not begun.
